We hope you love using rmndr, but if you need to return your device, here’s how it works.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The rmndr pill pot must be in working condition.

You must include the completed Return & Refund Form, which will be provided upon request.
We do not accept returns for devices that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
2. Timeframe
Returns can be initiated at any time during your subscription. However, refunds will only be issued after we receive the returned device in working condition.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

4. Exchanges
We offer free replacement of hardware if your device is faulty or stops working during your subscription. If you believe your device is defective:
