How does the rmndr pill pot work if it never needs charging or batteries?
The pot is entirely passive—there’s no motor, battery pack, or charging port to fuss over. You treat it like any other countertop container: open, take your tablets, close. Nothing to plug in, nothing to turn on.
Do I have to pair or connect the pot to my phone?
No pairing, no Bluetooth codes, no Wi-Fi setup. Whenever you hold your phone near the pot, the rmndr app instantly recognises it and records the dose event behind the scenes. One tap and you’re done.
What makes the design “game-changing”?
rmndr was co-created with real people with real medical conditions. The gently tapered profile mean you can open, easily pick up your meds, and set down the pot without strain. It looks good on a night-stand too.

How does rmndr help me stay on top of my doses?
rmndr uses iOS Critical Alerts. They break through Do Not Disturb, Silent Mode, and even Focus filters — so even when your phone is silent, you'll hear and see the reminder.
How do I add my medicines?
Each reminder includes its own checklist. Just name the medication. The list pops up every time that reminder fires so you know exactly what to take.
Can I set up more than one reminder per day?
Absolutely. Breakfast vitamins at 07:00, lunchtime antibiotic at 13:30, evening statin at 21:00—select as many days of the week as you want. Create as many reminders as your regimen requires; edit or delete any time.
What kind of insights will I see in the app?
You’ll get streaks, adherence percentages, and dose-timing trends to spot good habits (or nudge less-than-perfect ones). Hit consistency milestones and you’ll unlock achievements—think of them as little high-fives for sticking to your plan.

What is the rmndr dashboard?
It’s a secure, read-only web page that mirrors your daily adherence in real time. Friends, family, or healthcare professionals can see what you've taken and when on the day. They can also go back to look at long term trends across days, weeks, months or even years to help you spot patterns over time.
Can I turn sharing off?
Yes, control stays with you. Open the rmndr app, toggle access off for an individual or wipe all links at once. The change is immediate.
Does sharing the dashboard cost extra?
No. Share links are completely free, and you can invite as many viewers as you like.
How far back can someone look at my history?
The dashboard can display your full rmndr history, days, weeks, or months, so clinicians can spot long-term patterns, not just today’s results.

Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on servers that comply with GDPR. Only the people you explicitly invite can view your dashboard.
PRICING & TRIAL
What happens after the trial?
Your subscription is charged on day 11. You can cancel anytime before then with no charge and anytime after with no penalty.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, email us at support@thermndr.com. Within 30 days of your order, we'll refund your membership in full and the Smart Pill Pot is yours to keep. After 30 days, annual subscribers receive a pro-rata refund for any unused full months; monthly subscribers won't be billed again.

Where do you currently ship to?
At present it is only the U.K. but we are working on more countries as quickly as we can.
Can two people share one pot?
Because each pot syncs to one rmndr user profile at a time (no pairing required but the phone still needs to know whose pot it is), we recommend one pot per person to keep records clean.
What if I leave my phone in another room?
You will continue to receive reminders until you tap your pot with the phone.
Does rmndr work offline?
rmndr uses secure, real-time cloud functions, so your phone needs a data or Wi-Fi connection—but the traffic is tiny, works on even weak signals, and everything resumes automatically the moment you’re back online, so you stay covered without lifting a finger.
