Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in trying rmndr, which is why we offer a flexible refund policy. Please read the terms below to understand how refunds are handled for both your subscription and the rmndr pill pot hardware.
1. 30-Day Free Trial
Your subscription begins with a 1-month free trial. During this period, you may cancel at any time by returning the rmndr pill pot.

If you do not return the pill pot before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a 12-month paid plan, and billing will begin.

No refund is issued for the trial period itself, as it is free of charge.
2. Subscription Refunds
After the trial, if you choose to cancel your annual subscription:

You may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

The refund amount is prorated based on the number of full months remaining in your billing period (e.g. 6 months remaining = 50% refund).

Refunds will only be issued after we receive the returned pill pot, as continued use without payment would not be permitted.
3. Returning the rmndr Pill Pot
To qualify for a refund:

You must return your rmndr pill pot in working condition along with a completed Return & Refund Form(provided online).

Return shipping costs are currently the responsibility of the customer.

If the device is lost, damaged, or not returned, we are unable to process a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

Complete the online refund request form (link provided via the app or our support team).

Send the completed form with your pill pot to the return address included in your return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the device, your eligible refund will be processed within 10 business days.
We are actively working on improving this process to make returns easier and more convenient.
