Dashboard Sharing Policy
Last updated: September 2025
The rmndr dashboard allows users to securely share their medication adherence data with trusted individuals — such as family members, carers, or healthcare providers. This policy explains how sharing works, what data is visible, and how access can be revoked at any time.
1. What Is Shared?
When you invite someone to your dashboard, they will be able to view:
-
The medications you have logged as taken
-
The times you took them
-
Your scheduled reminder times
-
Your overall adherence patterns (e.g. missed or on-time doses)
No other personal or account information is shared.
2. How Sharing Works
-
You initiate sharing by sending an invite to a mobile phone number.
-
The invited person will receive a link prompting them to register and create an rmndr account.
-
Once registered, they will be able to view your dashboard via the app or web interface.
3. Revoking Access
You remain in full control of your shared data at all times. You can:
-
Revoke dashboard access instantly through the app
-
Permanently delete the connection at any time
Once access is revoked, the invited user will no longer be able to view your dashboard or receive updates.
4. Data Security
All dashboard data is transmitted and stored securely using encrypted connections secure infrastructure. Only users with verified invitations can access shared dashboards.
5. Consent & Responsibility
By initiating a dashboard share, you:
-
Confirm that you consent to the other party viewing your adherence data
-
Acknowledge that you can withdraw this consent at any time
We recommend only sharing your dashboard with people you trust.
