Terms of Service

Welcome to rmndr. These Terms govern your use of our smart pill pot, mobile app (“App”), and dashboards (the “Service”) provided by rmndr ltd, UK. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If not, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be 16+. Parents/guardians may use the Service for dependents under 16.
2. Service
Includes:

Smart pill pot (tracks adherence),

Mobile App (reminders/analytics),

Dashboard (share data with carers/family).
Pot and App work together. You must keep compatible device, permissions and updates.
3. No Medical Advice
Not medical advice or substitute for healthcare. Alerts are not guaranteed. In emergencies, call local emergency services.
4. Accounts & Use
You’re responsible for account security and activity. Misuse (hacking, disrupting, reselling, account sharing) is forbidden. You control dashboard sharing and revoking.
5. Subscriptions & Billing

Trial: 1 month free → then auto-converts to annual paid plan unless cancelled before trial ends.

Renewal: auto-renews unless cancelled.

Cancel: via support@rmndr.co.uk or by filling in the returns form. The unused portion of your subscription will be refunded.

6. Hardware, Delivery & Warranty
Risk/title pass on delivery. Inspect on arrival.
Active subscribers get free replacement for defects under normal use. Not covered: misuse, accidents, mods, liquids, wear/tear.
7. UK Consumer Rights
Consumers may cancel within 14 days. For goods: return within 14 days (you usually cover return). For services: proportionate charge if started. Contact support@rmndr.co.uk.
8. Privacy

9. Availability & Updates
Service may be down for maintenance, updates, or third-party outages. Beta features are “as is.”
10. Disclaimers & Liability
Service provided “as is” without warranties beyond law. No guarantee of uninterrupted reminders.
rmndr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or data/profit loss. Liability capped at fees paid in prior 12 months, except for death, injury, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded.
11. Indemnity & Force Majeure
You indemnify rmndr against claims from your misuse or breach. We’re not liable for events outside our control (e.g. disasters, outages, war, government actions).
12. Governing Law
Terms governed by England & Wales law. English courts have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
13. Changes
We may update Terms. “Last updated” will change. Continued use = acceptance.

Severability: invalid terms don’t affect the rest.
No Waiver: our non-enforcement isn’t a waiver.
